Telephone Entry
Overview
Telephone entry allows verbal communication with visitors prior to entry and is an alert to your guest’s arrival that can’t be missed. If you intend to keep your gate closed when not in use, telephone entry is the simplest means of managing entry for users other than yourself.
By looping your home’s phone line through the system, a “call” button at the site of the gate rings the phone inside your home. At a business or gated community, the system itself would have its own phone line used to dial-in to various offices or homes.
Combined with an exit vehicle loop sensor, telephone entry allows easy access for visitors while maintaining a secure barrier for your home, neighborhood or business.
